Is Satan currently "bound" up? According to the present age... no. We obviously witness evil and blasphemy every day. So no, "the prince of the power of the air" is still a force to be reckoned with in the household of faith among the people of God.

“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”
